Mr. Benjamin Gaon [1935-2008]
Mr. Gaon was the first Chairman of AquAgro Fund and one of the most prominent, influential and respected figures of Israeli and US business space.
Mr. Gaon was President and Active Chairman of B. Gaon Holdings Ltd., Chairman and member of the Board of its subsidiaries companies, Vice-chairman of Yachin Hakhal Ltd. and Director in Lanoptics Ltd. Previously Mr. Gaon served as President and C.E.O. of Koor Industries Ltd., President and C.E.O. the Co-Op Blue Square Consumers Corporation Ltd. and C.E.O. of Tadiran Appliances Ltd. |||
Mr. Gaon received many prestigious awards, including the President's award of Industry (1995), the Israeli manufacturers association award, and the Max Perlman's award for Global Business Management.
Mr. Moshe Gaon

Mr. Gaon, in his capacity as active Board Chairman since June 2008, leads the Directorate at Gaon Holdings, along with serving as Director at various subsidiary companies in Gaon Holdings Group.||| Gaon holds an M.S.A., Advertising, Northwestern University, USA; B.A., Political Science & Communication, Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Hillel Milo - Managing Partner
Hillel Milo is one of the pioneers of the venture capital industry in Israel, who is personally responsible for over a dozen exits. In the early nineties he co-founded and was General Partner at Walden Israel, one of the first Venture Capital Funds in Israel. In 1995 he co-founded Clal Venture Capital (a $40M venture capital fund) and was its CEO until it completed its life cycle at the beginning of 2002. ||| In 1997 he co-founded Infinity VC (an $85M venture capital fund) and was its Managing General Partner until 1999, in parallel to his role as CEO of Clal Venture Capital. In 2001 he joined Alice Ventures, a $220M European fund, as Partner until mid-2006. Prior to his venture capital years, Hillel served on the Management team of a private European financial group for four years. Before that he co-founded Zoran Israel and was its Operations Manager for four years. His first four years in business were in the U.S.A. in management positions at Dixie Steel, in a major turnaround and then started the Energy Division at Dixie. Hillel holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and a Masters degree in Management Sciences.
Mr. Nir Belzer - Managing Partner
Nir Belzer brings to the Fund 12 years of extensive experience in VC management and 8 years in marketing, engineering and management in Hi-Tech. Mr. Belzer was the co-founder of MMT Funds (Millennium Material Technologies Funds)- among the first and few funds to appreciate the opportunity in Material Science and Cleantech. ||| Mr. Belzer was in charge of the VC activity within the IDBH group and was in Board attendance representing the IDBH group in 7 VC Funds from the mid 90s. Before joining the IDBH group he served as VP marketing in the Globes Newspaper and prior to that he worked in the Hi-Tech Industry also as an Avionics Engineer in the Israeli Aircraft industry, as system engineer for the Lavi project. Mr. Belzer holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and Computer Science and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Israel Cohen - Chief Financial Officer
Israel Cohen brings versatile experience in accounting, finance and marketing. Israel holds B.A. in Economcs, M.A. in Law studies and M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing.
Prof. Ilan Chet - Chairman Advisory Board
Prof. Ilan Chet served as President of the Weizmann
Institute of Science between 2001-2007. Previously he was Dean
of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem and the VP for R&D of the University. ||| His scientific research focuses on the biological control of plant disease. In his field, he has published more than 350 articles in international scientific journals, edited three books, and holds 32 patents. Prof. Chet has received many prestigious prizes and awards, including the Rothschild Prize in Agriculture (1990); an honorary doctorate from Sweden’s Lund University (1991); the Max-Planck Award for Distinguished Research (1994); the Israel Prize (1996); the Japanese Arima Prize for Applied Microbiology (1996); and the Wolf Prize (1998). He is a member of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, and the European Academy of Sciences.
Mrs. Didi Kalaydzhiev - Public and Investor Relations
Didi brings extensive experience in VC administration. Holds a M.Sc. in Marine Ecology.
